Tanks

Pure Elements offers sectional tanks, which can be pre-insulated, ranging from 1m³-1000m³ litres capacity. These tanks are designed for potable water storage and for fixed fire fighting sprinkler systems. All panels are fully tested to resist pressures in excess of six times their working pressure.

Hot Pressed GRP Sectional Water Tank
The design of each sectional tank panel is modelled using FEA software to allow fine detail to be thoroughly investigated and improved before proceeding to mouldmaking and production.

Features:

All materials used in the production and assembly are rigorously tested for potable water compatibility.
Moulded at temperatures up to 150°C in glass reinforced plastics (GRP) using isophthalic unsaturated polyester resins and electrical glassfibre reinforcement.
Uses expanded polystyrene (EPS) materials in its thermally insulated panels, which is made using a CFC and HCFC free pentane expansion agent and can be recycled by melting down and reforming.

Hot Pressed Steel Sectional Water Tank
Pure Elements offers pressed steel sectional tanks, with capacities of up to 1300m3 that can be installed in water supply projects, food and processing industries, hotels, railways, hospitals and the utilities sectors. Tanks can be provided for ground level installation or elevated on steel structures that are specifically designed and fabricated.
